At ADORE ESTERO, our goal is your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase from the ADORE ESTERO WEBSITE ONLY, we offer exchanges for unopened and unused products in their original packaging within 3 days for a full exchange. Alternatively, you may opt to exchange unopened and unused products for a different item from the ADORE ESTERO website within the same timeframe. Customers are responsible for all return postage costs. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be returned unopened in its original packaging.

All Sales Are Final

We regret to inform you that all sales made through Afterpay, Affirm, or any other payment options on our website or in our retail stores are final. Additionally, merchandise purchased at an in-store (retail location) ADORE ESTERO sale is sold “as is,” and all sales are considered final. If merchandise purchased at an ADORE ESTERO sale is returned to us, it will be sent back to you, and shipping costs will be your responsibility.

Third-Party Purchases

Products purchased from third-party stores, kiosks, or distributor salons must be returned to the same place of purchase, and all returns and exchanges are subject to the individual store’s policy.

Refunds (if applicable)

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will send you an email to confirm receipt and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

All returns must be shipped back using the return label provided by customer service. Returned products found to be non-defective may be subject to a 20% rework fee.

Retail Store Product Return Policy

Please note that the return policy for our retail stores may differ from that of our website. For the safety of our customers, we do not accept returns or exchanges at our front store location, and all products are considered final sale.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account. Then, contact your credit card company and bank. If you’ve completed these steps and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at customer service adoreestero@gmail.com.

Sale Items (if applicable)

Only regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product, please email us at customer service adoreestero@gmail.com, or visit our store at 10801 Corkscrew Rd, unit 515 Estero, FL 33928. Please note that we do not receive mail at this location.


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Otherwise, the refund will be credited to the gift giver.


To return your product, please contact us at adoreestero@gmail.com. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
